At Pro 2 You we appreciate the importance of being Fit 4 Golf, never has it been more necessary to "stay ahead" of your competitors by a desire of dedication.

In the modern world of sport, making it to the top requires commitment at many levels. These days it's no longer sufficient to rely only on fitness, talent and a desire to win.

No single factor can turn someone into a sporting legend - most good athletes use many tools to help them perform at their best.

The right training and the right skills are important factors in performance, however they must be fuelled and a balanced diet is part of the package if you wish to obtain the winning edge.

The objectives of our Fit 4 Golf programme

  • to promote a healthy and injury-free golfer
  • to provide golf specific information and awareness to all levels of golfer
  • to provide golf specific training to golfers who have an interest in golf fitness exercises
  • to provide nutrional information to assist the golfers dietary habits
  • to combine the technique of golf with psychology, fitness & nutrition
