Terms and Conditions

 

All items delivered remain the property of M.P.S. until full payment is being received. Risk in goods shall pass to you at time of delivery of the goods to you. M.P.S. will not be responsible for loss, damage, illness, injury or death arising from items delivered.

 

Nothing in these conditions shall affect our (M.P.S.) implied undertakings given to you under section 12 of the Sale of goods act 1979.

 

All your statutory rights under the agriculture act 1970 (as amended).

 

Nothing in these conditions shall exclude or limit our (M.P.S.) liability for death to Human Beings or personal injury resulting from our (M.P.S.) negligence.

 

Nothing in these conditions shall exclude or limit any liability we (M.P.S.) may have under the consumer protection act 1987.

 

All goods are warranted by us (M.P.S.) on delivery to comply with all relevant UK food law from time to time in force. No warrantee is given that goods comply with food and other relevant legislation or do not infringe third party rights outside the UK.
