B2B = Back to Base Policy
Our Back to Base (B2B) Satisfaction Guarantee has 3 options in returning your puppy once the puppy has been
re-registered back to my ownership.
The 1st is a B2B seven day return policy from date of purchase
where a full refund will be given to the buyer.
The 2nd is a B2B thirty day return policy from date of purchase
where a 50% refund will be given to the buyer.
The 3rd is a B2B unlimited return policy from date of purchase
where no refund will be given to the buyer.
As an accredited breeder of the Kennel Club it is important for me and for the welfare of
the future puppy and new owner to have satisfaction guaranteed.
